Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Universe E Cars. We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

  • Returns must be approved in advance by our customer support team before shipping back any items.

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned:

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Parts or accessories that have been installed or used

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@universeecars.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over USD $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, according to the processing time required by your payment provider or agency.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@universeecars.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@universeecars.com with a photo or video proof of the defect. We will assist you with the replacement process.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return, and return shipping costs will apply.
